I think the tiefling racial move is great. I'm not a huge fan of the elf and human moves - in particular, I think the human move could reflect daring in a more interesting way. What if they modified Friends on the Other Side, so you can make a deal with a great and terrible entity instead of whichever vestige you happen to be bound to?
Also I'd recommend putting the vestiges after the advanced moves.
I love the microfiction that comes with each vestige. That was the best part of Tome of Magic and it's a real strength with your stuff too.
