Single Combat

I loose in single combat, I'm at my enemy's mercy. Let's say she has her blade to my throat. If something happens in the fiction, can I use it to fight again (fe. by knocking the blade away)? If yes, what's that? Leaping into action? How can we interpret the situation?

Personally, I would run it as Leap into action and regardless of what options you picked she gets to inflict harm, probably ignoring armor. At best you are able to exchange harm, but no matter what she's cutting your throat.
