...create it now as shrine

Hi!

I am keen to have a shrine (as per Rights of the Old Ways)... Do I create it like a little Stronghold or is there something else in mind? If it is a little stronghold then should I make a People for it?

IIRC, you can make one as part of your stronghold, or you household, or both.

Ultimately there will be a create-a-shrine procedure, like creating a stronghold, but it doesn't exist yet.
