Related question:

What about moves that replace moves?

For example the Troll Killer's Fearless move: when you draw a monster out, roll Cool instead of rolling Hot. Would you only mark XP for Fearless? Or would you mark XP for Fearless AND Draw someone out?

I'd imagine for the same reason you'd choose a higher rank: it's what you find interesting to play or what best suits the character you're making.

Personally, I think I'd have more fun playing a rank 7 Dragon-Herald than 3rd or 4th rank.

It's easy to miss, but I like the situations it can open up.

Maybe a certain action is really important and multiple people roll Aid to make sure that +1 comes out.

Chances are one or more of the helpers rolls a 7-9. Woo!

I ran Psi*Run for the very first time last Wednesday. I just finished putting up part 1 of an AP for any that are interested in reading that sort of thing.

I really  had a fantastic time and can't wait to run again, or maybe even play some time.

I just wanted to say a big thanks for putting this together. My excitement level was already pretty high for Dungeon World -- been about a year since I've gotten to play.

But reading the guide has me even more excited! And actually makes me kind of confident that I could run the game and do it justice (running *W games intimidates me for some reason.
