I didn't want to interrupt the fantastic vignettes on the original thread, but I wanted to post this really rad choker somewhere.

It's made out of a watch.

When I saw it I thought, "Oh man, Rose [the Maestro 'D turned Hardholder in our game] would totally wear that."

Bret, that's awesome.

I've been trying to write up the weather as a threat. Maybe an affliction? I was kind of toying with this as a custom move:

When you act out violence and anger, roll +weird. On a 10+, advance the "Black Clouds" countown clock, and choose two. 7-9, choose 1.
 - A peal of thunder
 - Lightnight strikes something
 - Oily rain begins to fall

The countdown clock would be about the black clouds advancing from the south, consuming the land and turning it into a waste of mud and oil.

I wonder if, should something apocalyptic happen to us, the evidence we leave behind will be footage people standing around filming armageddon with cell phone cameras.

I love the idea of a move advancing the countdown timer. I hadn't thought of that. I'd probably bind up some kind of consequences in there too like the thunder makes it easy to missing something like gunfire and screaming, or the oily rain makes it so that you're acting under fire if you're trying to do something where being covered in oily rain might make you fall on your ass.

Heh. Lots of facebook status updates: "Judy is: whole city is on fire omg omg" "Dave likes this".

You're right the lightning is more consequential than the other options. I'll work on that.

"Only a very small amount of the radiation inside of there had so far actually escaped. More then 90% is still under sarcophagus. I heard with all the concrete they put down, the construction became heavy.. some day it may fall down, get in subterranean waters and leave Europe with no water."

Hi, all-

Referenced this in the media influences thread, but this seemed like a more germane place for it:

A little bit of crossover, but OMG, those British Sea Forts!
