Stealth and "forcing locks, easing doors, etc."

Stealth is described as "The skills of moving silently, forcing locks, easing doors, keeping still in hiding, and creeping up on people." Is that just color text, or does it add a new capability to the Intrude Somewhere move?

To put the question another way, can someone pick a lock just by making the Intrude Somewhere move, or is that application of Intrude Somewhere "unlocked" by taking the Stealth skill?

What about picking someone's pocket?

It doesn't add new capabilities, no.

For picking someone's pocket, you can use intruding somewhere if it fits the situation, or you can just call for a save.
