The Grotesque playbook question

I tried doing the whole help other people and email mcdoldno, however I did not have any luck getting a reply. Is there any better way to contact him then his gmail? And if not, is there anyone willing to offer what isn't available as intended?

Hey, I'm resurrecting this ancient thread because I'm having the same issue as the original post. Could anybody help out?

Yeah, ditto. I emailed mcdoldno, never got a response. I am currently running a AW game and people have been asking me about the "the Grotesque", but all I can see is "nope don't have it, can't get it."
