So Another Playbook gets Moonlighting/Gigs -?

So the Skinner wants to get Moonlighting.  Juggling-2, two working gigs.  Gotcha.
Does he also get an Obligation gig?

Reading the Character's Crap question, I noticed it's vague on that, or is it 'vague' because a non-Operator gets no Obligations?

When another playbook takes Moonlighting is it just for running jobs, or does it come with the heady responsibility of an Obligation?

Rowr.

I would say no -- but as soon as someone takes Moonlighting, I (as MC) would probably start looking for opportunities to saddle them with an Obligation gig, just because I think they're so great. Sometimes it's the perfect hard move, when they miss rolls while dealing with NPCs.

What about any responsibility going to an obligation when the "Moonlighting" move is available? (see Hatched city scenario* where the angel care for hygiene - decontamination). And what about using a gang as a crew(s) - more crews could bbe possible thanks to more gang members that the oordinary crew has.

Without the "Moonlighting" move any task (like gig mentioned for example in some of the malacuso bodies) have to be done directly (in game - on screen, fully roleplayed etc.) and personallly (others can help if that iis made ppossiblle...).

More about gigs and juggling as I am making my list of questions and answers (I even wrote to Mr. Vincent) see http://apocalypse-world.com/forums/index.php?topic=6373.msg28871#msg28871 and following...
Preparing "RESOURCE RESUPPLY RUN - SETTING SCENARIOs"! - therefore QUESTIONS FOR BARTERs, GIGs etc.
