Conditions: Second or First Person?

So I'm working on a Skin called The Shadow, and one of the moves potentially gives other players (or NPCS) a condition that represents them struggling to contain their Darkest Self.

What I'm wrestling with is whether to call it "Struggling To Contain Your Darkest Self" or "Struggling To Contain My Darkest Self". Opinions on which of these seems more naturally? My instinct was the first one but I'm hella second-guessing myself and curious what other people think.

If it's a condition that's going on my character sheet, it seems more natural to write it down as 'struggling to control my Darkest Self', which I'd probably do even if the player giving me that condition had said 'struggling to control your Darkest Self.'

They should be written down in the first person. Imagine the character saying, "I can't believe that people think I'm a [blank]" or "I can't believe that people think I'm [blank]".

See The Queen's sex move for an example.
