Apocalyptic Wave

For those of you with a Google account, Michael and I are doing a Google Wave game of AW.

No idea how it will work. If you're interested in this crash and burn, let us know.

A player of mine playing a gunlugger - "So now that I took infinite knives, I'm setting up a knife store." Me - "....what?" Him - "Yeah, I figure with no overhead, I'm gonna make a pretty nice profit." Me - "......"

Holdin it hard style:

I really wanted to use 'Uncle', but I figured for my first real AW game I'd hold off on using the in-game example name.

Maestro D' checking in! :)

Just wanted to pop in and say I'm really grooving on this so far - readers, even if you aren't interested in playing, check it out. It's interesting reading, but I may be biased...

I'd say it's an awesome read. Looking forward to following!

What's going on with this? For some reason I've lost access to the "out of character" wave.

Are we still playing since Google Wave is down? I know we've started a "real life" game of AW, Chris, but are we continuing this bad boy?

What about you other players?

Is wave down? I'm able to access it, but I haven't gotten any updates recently. Chris said in the OOC thread that Google's supporting it to year end, and we'd play it by ear on migrating to another online option or not, like a forum.

I'm still totally jazzed about playing, myself.

I'm totally down for continuing. I'd like to see what happens.

I'd like to hear where you take this without Wave. I'm thinking of starting up an Apoc D&D game, but I'm not sure where to do it without Wave.

Yeah, I'm totally down to continue playing too. I was having a blast. I'd even offer to MC if Chris wasn't interested anymore.

There are tons of PbP forums out there. We could possibly even convince Vincent to set up a forum here way down at the bottom past the hacks forums. ;)

Yeah, posting resumed.

Tony, I've got a forum of my own with a LOT of built-in PbP stuff. It's a local board to Louisville, where I live, but I'd give you your own board and all's that.

Yeah, I posted to the "Out of the Wastes" wave that even though I got an email notification about a new play post, it's not showing up when I go to wave. Frustration.
