Question about Burned Over Venue

Hello there! In Apocalypse World: Burned Over a Venue is mentioned a couple of times. In the wealth move, a Brain Picker advance etc. But I cannot find it defined anywhere. What is it? How do I create one? Can anyone help me out?

For the Brainpicker, change it to "establish a refuge" instead. Use the medic's rules for creating the refuge.

Sooner or later there'll be a Maestro D'-type playbook for Burned Over, but there isn't one yet!
