Hiring.

Hello!

I have been reading the document. I really liked it and played a session already. However, the rules about Hiring or Retaining Someone are a little bit puzzling to me.
You see, when you hire someone the GM must make a roll to determine the outcome of the situation. My question is, when does the effect apply? Immediately, sometime while the service is in play, near the end?

It depends on the result. For most of them, you can just decide, but some results might be a little tricky. Are there any in particular you're having trouble with?

The guide is the one that trouble me mostly. I find difficult to figure when to apply the result of the roll.
