brainstorming & development / Hack in Progress -- Three Minutes to Midnight

Hey everybody, I've been hacking away for a while now on a Cold War game titled Three Minutes to Midnight. If I end up with a product I like, I'll probably go ahead and publish it.
After lots of creating and then deleting I have the playbooks to a point where I'm ready to get external feedback. It has been through alpha plays with my own group, but I'm not happy with all of playbooks and moves. However, I think I've gone as far as I can without external feedback. At this point, I'm deleting, changing, and re-adding the same bits of text over and over.
I'd be happy with any and all comments or criticisms.
Right now, the doc only contains the player facing side of things. I'm still hashing out the GM side.
You can find the doc here: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B4epQEds1Tk8ZVFpVXlxWE9Cd00
