Dungeon World / Earthdawn Hack Fourth World

Has anyone else seen or tried the Dungeon World hack for Earthdawn, called Fourth World?

I'm new to Dungeon World, so I'm not sure how good a hack it is yet. They seem to be admitting that it's still a work in progress.
