Some quick thoughts after a quick read through.

I really like the xp checkbox on every thing on the sheet. If a trait is important enough to put on the character sheet, it stands to reason that it's important enough to advance the character.

I like the Fate progression, but I can't quite wrap my head around the "unfinished business" part.

I like the idea of having population matter, and building the map up around that. It really sells the feudalism.

The playsheets seem reasonably balanced at first glance, but it will take play to say for sure.

The playsheets seem quite dense. There is a lot of info on each page.
