Looking to run a game for some 1st and 2nd graders, and saw this title mentioned..  Is it still around in any form or fashion?

It never was! I ran it out of my notebook, it was never a thing.

Actually, it was a thing somewhere! I distinctly remember seeing a writeup and at least a photo of the character sheet (complete with children's drawings). I guess not anymore, though!
