Title: Apocalypse World Print purchase & shipping

Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum and there is a high chance that I am probably posting a wrong thread in the wrong portion of the Forum so I apologize beforehand. I am really interested to purchase Apocalypse world in PRINT and PDF bundle but since I live in India, I wanted to know how much will be the shipping and handling cost. In the past days I have tried to contact by mailing to the email address given in the site but I have received no reply. It might be that my mail has not reached or there is other problems. I am really looking forward to buying this RPG. Also, in the site I can only see a link to order the PDF and no link to order the PRINT.

Actually, I just tried to purchase Apoc World in print and couldn't find it anywhere. I could find the pages it used to be for sale and the price, but no purchase button.

So I bought the pdf for now. Is the book out of print at the moment?
