Title: What movie is the cover from?

I know the cover is a cutout from a movieposter, because I saw it once and forgot the title. Could anyone enlighten me as the name of the film escapes me?

Oh, and on a different note, I just sam the monsterhearts cover on an add for a phillips tv.

I am pretty sure it is just a stock photo that has been flipped and slightly manipulated, rather than a movie poster.

Yup, it's a stock photo (http://stockfresh.com/image/687385/woman-vampire-bite), and it comes up on the first page of results if you google image search "stock photo vampire".
