Title: question on the hardcopy

I ordered the AW hard copy about 9 days ago (guesstimate), and received the unlock for the .pdf.  I know that these books are printed on demand, but have not gotten any word on how long it may take.  I emailed Vincent Friday, but havent got a response as of yet.  I am uncertain if the address I had was valid, so wanted to pose my question here...  Anyone have an estimate of how long the books usually take for delivery?  I am not nagging, just wanted to make sure that my order hadnt been overlooked, since I am super anxious to get my hands on it!!!

I was chomping at the bit also to get mine... it took about a month (I live in Canada also, so I'm sure that didnt help).
