Title: How long does it take to heal from 6:00 or 3:00?

I can only find in the book the time it takes to heal if an Angel is speeding up the process, but not how much time it takes to heal naturally.

What the book says is: it should take a short time for harm after 9:00 to get worse, but a long time for harm before 6:00 to heal.

I usually heal 1 segment per session, unless (a) significant time passes within a session, in which case I heal 1 segment then too, or (b) no time passes between sessions, in which case I hold off healing.

Rose had to walk with a cane for, what, 4 sessions after the helicopter crash? I think so, I think I let him heal 1 segment every other session. He's kept the cane as an affectation.
