Post by: Murgh Bpurn on April 09, 2012, 09:22:53 PM
Is the animals Ferocity "1d4" / "2d4" or the result of 1d4/ 2d4?

We're going to try to make it clearer. Ferocity is added to damage, so those are bonus damage dice. You roll them when you do damage.

That's what I thought however a player thought differently and so that would mean the animal only has 1 or 2 strengths?

Yes! That's not clear at all right now. They have a number of strengths equal to the number of dice in ferocity.

Sorry for the confusion! We're working on clearer ways to phrase it.

What about something like in the base options list Ferocity 1/Ferocity 2

Then when you talk about adding Ferocity to damage say something like "add Ferocity d4 to your damage"

No confusion to me being a Savage Worlds fan :)

Just my players that needed it in writing!
