Something that would be really useful is an big empty countdown you can print and put on the table in front of the players, you know with the logotype and all. I know I can make my own, but it wouldn´t be that nice- and I´m thinking the countdown is already done, so it´s just to enlarge it, and put it on a file for download, just a humle request :)

It´s not a good thing to put a countdown in front of the players so they can see how far the infection in their blood have gone? Maybe I+m not thinking AW here? Maybe they shouldn´t at all se the rules? - just experience what happens? You start throwing up blood...

I think this falls under "Make your move, but never speak its name." Use cues in the fiction to tell them how bad things are getting rather than a chart on the table.
Plus, if they're taking harm from the infection, they'll be able to see pretty clearly how bad it's getting.
